During the offseason, we work the fishing and sporting shows in New England to help promote ourselves as well as these below listed Outfitters. I have personally used them, fished with them, and remain close friends with all of them to this day.
These guys personify what a Charter & Guide service SHOULD be, and these guys ( and Girls) CATCH FISH
You will NOT be sorry booking a charter. Drop me a line & I will personally answer any questions I can, and connect you with the right guy you need to speak with on a trip like these. We seek NO money for this, I'm happy to set up a trip for someone with these folks, and If you need someone to go...........you just let us know.........we're IN!

Owned & operated
by our dear friends Dan & Dayna Leavens,
the finest place to Fish with and stay with while
fishing in Montana you could possibly imagine.
(they were the Breeder's of the "Black Dog" himself,
so that alone is reason enough to go try your hand at
one of the best trout fisheries on the planet, right here
in the USA. Call or email me ANYTIME and I will help
you plan a trip with these folks.

The Marina is easy to find…

Its 495 north, to exit 55…
go by the dunkin donuts, and a Blue Canoe gas station….thru one set of lights…..and then a right turn at the next set of lights…
(cross roads plaza will be on your left and there's a bank, & movie theatre in the plaza)
Your now essentially ON the road for my marina…
Follow that over the chain bridge, back into Newburyport…..the road takes a 90* left turn…
Pass some baseball fields, and a couple marinas, and “Newburyport boat Basin” is about 2 miles on your left after you’ve made that sharp left curve

There is a few boats in the front yard, and an old ice cream stand looking building in the front, my marina is behind it….
As your facing the “shack” at our boat ramp, park to the right, anywhere except in front of a boat (there is always parking)
Go down the aluminum gang plank…..take a right…follow that main dock out allllllll the way to the end till you cant go anymore, take a left
And were 3-4 slips down on the right, “Black Dog”…slip I-31…

If you have a cooler or gear, feel free to use one of the many dock carts to get your stuff to the boat, the marina staff will run it back for you
Bathrooms are about dead center in the middle of the “yard”
There is a real fancy handicapped ramp to get into the door………there's a code for the lock is on the electric key pad, just give me a call on my cell for the code #

There are nice clean showers, their immaculate rest rooms, help yourself to this great ammenity before and after the trip…..

They sell “the basics” at the marina shack, soda, some snacks…sunblock etc
But if you need last minute items the Blue Canoe gas station right as you get off 495 is your BEST option….in terms of "on the way to the marina"

Need Anything else, just call !

This is No doubt THE trip of a lifetime.
aboard the 56' custom made "Adventurous"
the web site tells it all, Travis is one of my best friends and he and his beautiful wife Jen will simply amaze you with their expertise and hospitality.............
I spend every second of my time off with this guy fishing all over the World. I helped him bring the Adventurous down for some Winter work this past September, and I just spent two weeks with him bonefishing with fly rods on the remote Island of Abaco Bahama's.
Another trip of a lifetime, (we went in "05", "06", "07" and were booked for "010!")
These guys will show you one of the most amazing salt water fishery's on the planet,
and do they know HOW to have FUN!
